Gillian is a Clinical Diagnostic Audiologist who has an MSc in Audiology via the University College of Cork. To date Gillian has developed her experience in many settings including HSE services, both hospital and community locations, she has worked with Beaumont Cochlear Implant Department, and completed vestibular placement in the South Infirmary Hospital, Cork. Through this journey, Gillian has grown her knowledge and practice in audiometric applications, hearing aid technology, fitting and REM verification, fine tuning, and rehabilitation along with vestibular assessment, with focus on BPPV screening and rehabilitation.
Gillian’s primary role is in the provision of a valuable additional resource where our clinic network can now refer patients inhouse, who we deem in need of further diagnostic audiometric and/or vestibular testing. We are proud to now be able to offer an extensive range of new services to help people to truly look after their hearing. No external clinical referrals, no long wait lists, simply better hearing.
