My name is Zoryana, I am naturally fascinated by Hearing and the phenomenon of sound. I chose to pursue a career that satisfies my curiosity and supports my passion. As a medical professional, looking after patients' health has always been my priority. I love working at Hidden Hearing, especially when I meet a patient who has all but lost the power of Hearing, and I know that I can help. Hearing technology enables miracles, and I am delighted to play my part in connecting the patient to the right technology and a world of sounds.

I treat patients for mild, moderate and profound hearing loss. I also specialise in communication disorders and aural rehabilitation and have a deep understanding of the emotional, psychological, physical and cognitive issues associated with hearing loss. Technological innovations excite me, and I have extensive knowledge of conventional and digital hearing aids, an emerging technology. I hold a medical degree diploma of higher education in Hearing aid Audiology, and I plan to pursue a degree in Psychology to understand my client’s needs even better.

I am passionate about hearing health and patient care, and I am incredibly proud of my work. I experience an enormous sense of personal and professional satisfaction witnessing a patient regain their Hearing. The excitement, delight and raw emotion are potent reminders of why I chose a career in Audiology. I have quiet few examples of patient experiences, but this one is always on the top of my list. When I met this client, she had been told she would never hear again. Her consultant advised her that hearing aids could not help and recommended she learn sign language. Years later, she turned to me for help. I performed the full hearing examination and prescribed binaural coordination power hearing aids. Since then, she can communicate with her loved ones and listen to TV and radio. I remember I cried along with her on the day of her fitting, it was so emotional, touching and rewarding. She has been my patient for 8 years now and can hear reasonably well too.

I strongly suggest you don't delay treatment for hearing loss. Timely intervention enables effective treatment to improve long-term hearing ability by preventing or slowing further decline—moreover, the cost of hearing aids increases as hearing declines. If you look after yourself, you can look after those close to you.

I was not just a customer as you were made feel that Zoryana was a friend trying to help you have a better quality of life.
